The app is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

Information we collect

Directly from you when you provide it in the app (e.g., text, notes, item names).
Automatically while you use the app (e.g., minimal, anonymous technical data needed for app operation and advertising).

Permissions and use of information

Inventory Photos requests permissions to provide app functionality. These permissions are necessary for proper operation and are not used to collect personal information.

Photos/Media/Files & Storage: access to read/save content; modify or delete in internal storage according to your actions.
Camera: take photos and record videos directly from the app.
Wi‑Fi and network connection info: check connectivity for operations that require Internet (e.g., ads and updates).
Location (optional): if you enable “Save geolocation,” a geo:lat,lon tag is appended to photo or item descriptions. You can disable it in Settings.

The app integrates Google Mobile Ads SDK to show ads (banner and rewarded formats). Personalization is subject to Google’s policies.
In the EU/UK or other regulated jurisdictions, we show the User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent form to manage your privacy options before requesting ads.
You can review and change your choices in “Privacy options” in Settings when required by the regulator.

Ad integration (AdMob):
